We offer the choice of 1 min, 3 min, 5 min, 15 min, 30min, 1hr, 6hrs, 12 hrs and 1 day intervals. The price for frequency checks are all standard. A lot of companies will charge varying amounts depending on frequency but FastNet offer a flat rate for all.
If a service or site goes down we automatically check it from different geographical locations before any notifications are sent. This includes checks from both Europe and North America.
You can have as many contacts and groups as required. An unlimited amount of alerts via SMS, email, voice messages & direct twitter messages can also be sent at no extra cost.
If your company uses shift patterns then you can set notification windows and also choose which engineers should receive the alerts, at a given time.
